The male reproductive system consists of the penis, the testicles, the seminal vesicles, and the prostate gland. - soak a towel in hot or warm water and then wrap it around the penis and the testicles, you will feel uncomfortable initially then the warmth will become more comfortable , leave the towel two minutes and then repeat this process again 3 times.
– You can use other methods to warm up the penis such as Jacuzzi or hot tub, with gentle massage of the penis to increase blood flow. You should not stay in for more than 10 minutes.
